Catharine is a director of Logictree Consulting Limited. She has worked within the engineering industry for over 25 years, specializing in the transport infrastructure sector, working with clients’ senior management teams. She is an experienced strategic advisor and stakeholder engagement director on major project development, familiar with the statutory planning and consents processes required and a trained facilitator. Catharine also has a long track record of providing strategic advice and assistance to tendering consortia and has briefed public sector organizations on partnering and alliancing arrangements with private sector companies on PFI/PPP projects. She has strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills and, as a proven team builder, recognises the importance of collaborative working and having the right mix of soft as well as technical skills. Her premise is that “people deliver projects” and ensuring they have clarity on goals and responsibilities is essential to success. She is a member of the National Infrastructure Planning Association (NIPA) and the Consultation Institute.
