We draw upon over 30 years’ experience of corporate strategy and business development, stakeholder engagement and facilitation, working with both public and private sector organisations promoting major projects. From managing stakeholder engagement teams on multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects to designing and facilitating bespoke workshops, we take a totally collaborative approach to working with our clients and their stakeholders. We listen to you and then ask questions, beginning a dialogue that continues throughout the assignment.
